What happens if two Mesmers are the last ones standing? Do they fight it out for hours?

Well, you could bring Ethereal Burden for a snare, but not sure about the spammability of it.

I love my mesmer. She was my second character after my Ranger primary, but I play her just as much as the Ranger because they play so much alike in most cases. Both require you to keep a broad view of the battle and be able to quickly adjust to any target that needs a good smacking.

I love Empathy for anti-warrior/ranger. Before the new AI changes, I would sometimes switch it out with Chaos Storm just because the AI would stand there and take it. But Empathy is always my favorite.

I always carry the usual Cry of Frustration, Power Drain, BackFire. I really like Leech Signet for it's double-duty as a backup "Any Skill" interrupt / Energy management. I complement those skills with a Monk Rez and Mend Ailment. That way I handle the condition removal leaving the monks with just healing duty. With my energy management, it's not a problem for me to keep the warriors unblinded and uncrippled.
